Every PushLeads client can pull their own reporting straight from the dashboard — nine reports covering keyword position tracking, AI search visibility, backlinks and authority, GA4 traffic, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, technical site health, and content silos and internal linking.
This walkthrough covers where the Reports button lives, the difference between one combined PDF and one file per report, how to change the window to 7, 30 or 90 days, and what each report actually tells you. Every figure comes from live rank tracking, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile and PushRank’s own pipeline data — measured, not estimated.

What’s in each report
- Position Tracking — Overview. Visibility, estimated traffic, average position and the full keyword table, with the ranking URL for every term.
- Position Tracking — Landscape. Rankings distribution first, then what moved up and down over the period and which pages carry it.
- AI Search Visibility. Your AI visibility score, brand mentions, citation rates, the prompts you are cited in, the prompts where a competitor is cited instead, and the domains Google’s AI Overview pulls from for your keywords.
- Backlinks & Authority. Domain rating, referring domains, search footprint and the internal link graph.
- Traffic & Engagement. GA4 sessions by channel against the previous period, AI assistant referrals broken out by assistant, top landing pages and Search Console clicks.
- Google Ads. Spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and per-campaign budget.
- Technical Site Health. Critical and open issues by severity, and issues resolved over time.
- Content, Silos & Internal Links. Published content, topical silos, recent pages and internal links by classification.

1:02 What the download looks like
to open the files. It will just open all of them Automatically, so it’s doing that right now and there we go We’ve got a head we’ve got our logo here and it can scroll down and we have the entire report So there’s different kinds of reports the position tracking kind
1:19 Position Tracking – Overview
of shows us where we Where you are in Google what your overall visibility is and your estimated traffic with your visibility over time Other competitors your ranking distribution and then of course the main thing that people care about is the keyword rankings This is your search here, and then this is the volume behind it The position tracking
1:42 Position Tracking – Landscape
landscape tool shows you what your position tracking looks like in the SEO landscape And this includes like overall visibility again your top keywords by positive impact the ones that have moved up ones that have moved down Keywords in the top three and etc your AI search bill
2:00 AI Search Visibility
Your AI search visibility is obviously just where you are in AI search and this shows your overall AI visibility score 16 out of a hundred how many brand mentions you’re getting what your AI search volume is how many prompts we’re measuring and your overall citations and your overall citation rates how many how many of those are good searches which is money prompts and then Google’s AI overview keywords and the of those citations you won and this is your breakdown of Google’s AI versus Proplexity v. Google’s AI versus perplexity versus chat cbt etc And then these are the pros of the prompts where you are cited along with what the actual volume is of that prompt and these are prompt opportunities And then these are doing since it’s a main sighted in AI overviews for your keywords and this is your share of AI citations So so it gives you a sense of what your website is versus YouTube versus Reddit etc So we just started posting on Reddit personally, so we’re getting more there We do have some visibility there on YouTube and then this one this
3:09 Backlinks and Authority
one is your backlinks and authority on how many backlinks you have What your overall reputation is your backlink rank your search footprint or then this gives you your competitor footprints Based on what your company or internal link graph an engagement report
3:25 Traffic and Engagement
essentially from Google Analytics many sessions you had this month versus last month how many of those sessions were engaged Sessions by day over time your your traffic acquisition by channel and so you can see here direct is like two and a half times Organic search and whatever you see direct here This is how many ais are finding you and then you can also see AI assistant search referrals, etc And then of course we are doing videos, so we’re getting now organic video sessions as well AI assistant referrals how many came from Claude Gemini perplexity chat tbt and then your top sources Where they came from landing page and then search console Data came from search console. How many clicks look through it was things like that if you’re doing Google
4:12 Google Ads
ads It’ll show in here We currently have Google ads turned off, but it’ll show you where spend is how many clicks impressions conversions and then what campaigns are running Budget is and how many clicks each campaign generated the technical site health is issues that we are finding with the site
4:26 Technical Site Health
What are critical issues or open issues high medium and low and issues are resolving over time? Which include basically the issue type and schema missing the description things like that So push rank automatically fixes all those things and we also do this manually as well And so we also have the content sent
4:48 Content Silos and Internal Links
silos and internal links how many silos do we have? Etc, so we have a lot of silos, but I can see how much content has been published I can see how many site how many topical silos we have I can see recent pages that we published and we can see internal links by classification
5:08 Changing the date range
