Video Review Case Study

Hey Brent, good morning. Hope you’re doing well. Quick update here: in January we had around eight terms at the top of Google, and by May 12th we peaked at about 72 or 73. Currently we’re at 58 at the top, plus another 68 terms on Google’s first page that aren’t in the top spot yet.
Visibility has also improved significantly, climbing to about 18%. Keywords moving up include “cybersecurity company,” “professional services,” “security company,” “IT managed services near me,” “local IT support,” “managed IT services near me,” “MSP Baton Rouge,” “tech support company,” and others. Several terms are now showing up on Google’s first page, including “IT managed service provider near me” and “Louisiana managed IT service provider.” The most valuable opportunities are with “managed IT services Louisiana” and “managed IT services Baton Rouge,” which have hundreds of searches per month. Once these rank at the top, they’ll convert into strong lead flow.
For example, “managed IT services near me” is currently in position three. In Google Maps, we’re just below Turnkey and Infotech. Moving up even one or two spots here will dramatically increase visibility and clicks.
I also wanted to share something new I’ve been building: my second AI agent, called Incredible Roots. It’s designed to create SEO silos—an organizational strategy for content. In a silo, you have a main “pillar page” of 3,000–4,000 words covering a broad, comprehensive topic. Then you have smaller “cluster pages” of about 1,000 words each that branch off the pillar, targeting related subtopics.
Think of it like a tree: the pillar page is the trunk, and the cluster pages are the roots spreading out. The more roots you build, the more resilient and stronger the tree becomes. In SEO terms, silos improve rankings by about 40% in visibility and 30% in traffic over six months. They also make your business more discoverable in AI tools like ChatGPT, which is important as more people search using chat-based platforms.
I’ve already tested this with a Florida HVAC company, Rich’s AC. After building silos around their services, within four weeks they landed a $2,000+ sale from a customer who found them through ChatGPT. That proved how powerful this strategy can be.
With Incredible Roots, you simply enter your business name and URL, and the tool runs an SEO audit. From there, it generates a pillar page with five sections and three cluster landing pages. Within about 10 minutes, it produces a full Google Doc of optimized content. For example, I recently ran it for a home renovation contractor and it generated a full analysis, keyword structure, and pillar page titled “Airbnb Co-Hosting for Luxury Cabins in Nashville,” complete with cluster pages. The tool also offers insights into various vacation rental SEO strategies to boost online visibility. By focusing on targeting specific keywords and optimizing content, businesses can effectively attract their ideal clientele. The generated resources provide a solid foundation for enhancing digital marketing efforts and standing out in a competitive market.
I’m planning to build five to ten silos for you this month. Combined with more guest blogging, this will help push us higher for the big traffic keywords like “managed IT services Baton Rouge” and “managed IT services Louisiana.” Let me know your thoughts and we’ll talk soon. Thanks!
